About the Foundation
The White Elephant Foundation was founded in May 2007 by Naomi Lob de Lieuneuve along with a few close friends and family.
She courageously helped to create a vehicle by which we can carry on her generous spirit into future generations.

Naomi's generousity most often was larger than her bank account. She gave freely monetarily, but is more appropriately remembered for her generousity of spirit. As her family, her friend or as part of her community, you had a partner in all of life's experiences. She had boundless energy for the joys of life: hiking outdoors, parties, baking, kayaking, traveling and talking with friends. She loved to share in the celebration of happiness, rarely letting an event or achievement of anyone she knew (an enormous list), go unacknowledged without a party, gift or phone call. She was equally as available through the hardships. Always there through the unexpected life events when needed: caring for sick friends, housing friends, bringing meals, caring for friends children or animals, or being a comforting shoulder for a friend anytime day or night.

This foundation hopes to accomplish 2 things:

1) Raise money for specific charities that Naomi supported and fulfill her desire to give back to the communities that she loved and that aided her during her illness.

2) Encourage others to simply be there for each other. When a friend is in need, think of Naomi and help them out. When a friend is accomplished, think of Naomi and celebrate their achievement. When a friend is sad, think of Naomi and make them smile. Think of Naomi and BE A GOOD FRIEND!
